I led the creation of a growth program called Accelerate, a leadership development program at Agilent Technologies, crafting a visual identity with icons and textures to define each leadership level. I also designed and launched internal websites to deliver tools, provide guidance, and foster connection across the organization.

As part of the communications campaign, I produced a hype video to preview Accelerate to drive engagement and build excitement for the upcoming launch.
